Primary Sales Markets Include:

  • Medical Supply and HME/ DME Dealers and Stores

  • Pharmacies

  • Maternity Stores

  • Sporting Goods Stores

  • Hospitals and Outpatient Clinics

  • Doctor’s Offices

  • Assisted Living Facilities and Nursing Homes

  • Travel Stores

The candidate we are looking for must have the following qualifications:

  • Minimum a BS or BA degree from well recognized university.

  • At least 5 years of successful and documented personal experience in selling Medical Products, plus at least 2-3 years of Sales Management experience.

  • Experience in hiring, recruiting and training sales teams to do the following: cold calling, developing new business, opening new accounts and maintaining existing accounts.

  • Excellent phone and face to face communications skills and ability to train others to do the same.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute business/sales plans and accomplish sales goals and objectives.

  • Great people skills, good motivator, hardworking, dynamic and mature closer.

Position Expectations:

We strongly believe in our managers leading by example. You must be able to sell in order to teach, manage and lead others to sell. The successful candidate will start initially in a purely sales role. Upon demonstrating the ability to generate sales, the expectation will be to begin building a sales team to service and expand opportunities in the Brick & Mortar channels identified above.


  • Competitive Base Salary + Advance Commission Schedule (no caps on commission) + Bonuses + Overrides.
